Tammy Burnstock
Tammy Burnstock is a writer, director, and scent-driven experience designer whose work explores the intersection of cinema, olfaction, and immersive media. With a background in children’s television and digital storytelling at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, she later turned her focus to multisensory experiences, beginning with her thesis, Attempts to Record Smell for the Cinema. She co-directed documentary In Glorious Smell-O-Vision! and led the olfactory cinematic restoration of the 1960 feature Scent of Mystery, staging acclaimed scented screenings internationally. A finalist for the 2022 Art and Olfaction Award in the Experimental Category, Burnstock continues to pioneer new senosry experiences.
